Handle change of company name
Handle increase of capital, allotment of shares and transfer of shares
Handle change of address, appointment and resignation of directors
Provide sample board minutes and general meetings
Remind ongoing obligations and compliance
Government fees for second year :
Total fees for second year : HK$2,605
Note : The payment of business registration certificate HK$2,450 will be arranged by the client directly.
Note : there will be a separate auditing and tax computation fee payable to an independent certified public accountant. The fee is calculated on a time cost basis. A quotation can be given if you can provide a draft financial statement or bank statements after 18 months of incorporation.
