How Can I Open a Bank Account in Hong Kong?
HSBC is our preferred bank. We have very good working relationship with them and our clients can quickly and easily open a bank account at HSBC.
Although we would try our best to ensure the most update information is given to our clients, bank policies may be changed from time to time. The following information is only as a guideline.
For opening of account at HSBC Bank
We need to go to HSBC main branch for account opening. Advanced appointment is required. We can help you to book an appointment and go with you.
It will take about one week to process the application. The following items will be collected on the day of account opening:
- Internet Banking Alpha PIN
The following items to be collected in person or sent to overseas address:
- Cheque Book;
- ATM Card PIN;
- ATM Card;
- Phonebanking PIN;
- Security Device for Internet Banking;
- Numberic PIN for Internet Banking
