The followings are the requirements to form and run a Hong Kong company pursuant to the Companies Ordinance:
- One company secretary
- At least one director
- At least one shareholder
A company secretary must be a Hong Kong resident or a Hong Kong incorporated company. We will act as your company secretary.
A director or shareholder can be in any nationality and need not be a Hong Kong resident.
