Hong Kong Business Registration Fee and Levy

Current fee and levy on business registration certificate is HK$2,250. This fee applies to first time setup and renewal of business registration certificate on or after 1 April 2014.
This fee applies to sole proprietorship, partnership and limited companies registered in Hong Kong.
For fee before 1 April 2014, please refer to business registration and levy table (pdf : 144k) issued by the Inland Revenue Department, Hong Kong.
